The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Hospitality Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Rise Kids Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Production Team—we believe that when you serve other people, something amazing happens.

Growth Track is made up of four steps that equip you to connect at church, discover your purpose, develop your personal leadership, and use your God-given gifts to make a difference in the lives of others.

Explore the ministry of Rise Church and find out how to connect with our church. Step one takes place the first Sunday of every month.
Step two: discover your design
Discover how your design reveals your purpose in life and your best fit in ministry. Step two takes place the second Sunday of every month.
Step three: develop your leadership
Learn how you can strengthen your character and gifting to fulfill your leadership potential. Step three takes place the third Sunday of every month.
Step four: join the dream team
Connect to opportunities to live out your purpose and serve others by using your God-given gifts. Step four takes place the fourth Sunday of every month.
